The Standard Scallop Week Menu

Scallop and crab tartar with lemongrass, chilli, ginger,  garlic and coriander


Pan fried scallops, crispy chilli and lime potato croquette, chorizo oil 

Seared scallops and steamed mussels on creamed leeks and potato cubes


Locally sourced hot smoked salmon and pea risotto topped with pan fried scallops


Seared scallops with hollandaise, purple sprouting broccoli and sautéed new potatoes with pan fried chorizo  


Scallop and mussel gratin with samphire, herb butter and topped with crispy sourdough bread crumbs
